Hi,
Anyone with the same issues as mine, need your help on how to resolve such issue. I am trying to open a file both locally from computer and cloud but Adobe XD always crashes without any error logs. I tried below:
- uninstall and reinstall Adobe XD
- update graphic card drivers
- update Adobe XD and Adobe Creative Cloud
- cleared temp files
- cleared cache files
but still same issue. Please help.
