Adobe XD Critical Issues with text tool and cloud docs

I have recently got an issue of Adobe XD:

 - When ever my system goes to sleep mode it just closes my Adobe XD, and when it does it takes lot of time to reopen the application(adobe xd) again. I am a window user I guess anyone eles is also having the same issue.

 

- The text & move tool stops working whenever I work just for a long time.

- While working on a cloud document with teammates it always shows an error of conflict, and all the changes that I have done in 2-3 minutes it just take me back where I have started working. Also, it shows that my file is reconnecting and when it reconnects it just crashes.

 

I think lot of windows users are facing these issues. Like Adobe is bringing new features only for Apple users and real struggle for window users.

Hi @Deepaksharmaatcs, sorry to hear that you're having such issues. Thinking what I'd do, I'd make sure my operating system is up to date and I'd uninstall and reinstall the XD and even Adobe Creative Cloud app. All Adobe apps are getting updates and new features on both Windows and Mac (and features being at the very exact same time), in fact not all designers/content creators/influencers doing XD streams (even on Adobe Live, like Daily Challenges, other live streams, Behance live streams etc)

Since this doesn't look like a common problem for Windows users, after doing those checks & updates, if the problem continues, I'd suggest you to contact support at https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/support/xd.html Hope this helps and happy creating!

The operative system being the issue for Windows is false, considering this bug has persisted over several updates of Windows now -- pretty sure for Mac as well.
