Adobe XD Error 5718

Instalé Adobe XD con Creative Cloud y cuando lo abro aparece un cartel que dice: "Se ha producido un error. Cierre y vuelva a inciar XD, e intente abrir de nuevo el documento (Error 5718)"

Ya intenté:
Cerrar y volver a abrir
Reiniciar la PC
Desinstalar y volver a instalar XD siguiendo todos los pasos que aparecen en ayuda de adobe.
Desinstalar y volver a instalar Creative Cloud.

El error persiste.


¿Existe la posibilidad de que me envien los instaladores para que yo pueda descargarlos e instalarlo desde la PC y no desde Creative Cloud?

Necesito que XD funcione URGENTE.
