Adobe Xd erros when device isn't connected to internet

Hi, my adobe Xd couldn't access my recent files when i'm offline, also it'll crash whenever i tried to create a new file while offline.

Hi Aryamaulana,

Are you trying to open that Cloud document for the first time? As you have mentioned that you are unable to create a new project as well, please try the steps mentioned here: - Re: Adobe XD - Unable to create new project and update this discussion with the results.
