Hello,
Spec :
I'm on Windows 10 build 19041.1165,
graphic card is NVidia Quadro P2200 with latest Driver.
Adobe XD is version 43.0.12
The issue :
Adobe XD is taking ages to do anything (opening a file, zooming in/out, moving around, changing application tab, really anything...).
What I tried to do :
- Desinstalled current version, installed older version
- Cleaning all the Adobe Files including other softwares, restarting, cleaned again using the tool (as administrator), clean reinstall
- Saving a file on my hard disk to run it, in case the issue came with online files
- Checked windows and driver versions just in case, all is good
...I didn't have the issue when I used it back in July 😕

I've been looking around the forums checking if the new posts have a start of an answer or anything.
I'm starting to be slightly worried as I need to progress on current project and I see issues marked as solved when they're not, even when answered very late.
I'll probably have to start looking at Figma if I don't have any solution soon, I'm sorry but I can't put this project on hold more than a few days...

I am so sorry for the delay in response. Could you please update XD to the latest version which is 43.0 and let us know if that solves the issue or if you still need assistance.

Is this happening while working on a specific file or multiple files?
In multiple files.
Is it slow while using a specific tool or is it working slow throughout?
All the time.

I've been waiting for a solution since more than two weeks you know. Usually Adobe support (at least on other products) answers quite quickly (matter of hours/days).
I'm on an important project with deadlines, I saw how long they took to answer WHEN they answer other topics.
I don't know what's going on but the developers on Adobe Xd must be understaffed or something, I loved using it and it's actually better animation wise on buttons (even if tricky) than Figma. Yet I had to migrate and do all over again my stuff on Figma (with the Free plan for now, depends on WETHER or not Adobe will fix Xd), took me a week but that's still less time taking than waiting for an answer over here.
Please Adobe, wake-up.
I'd happily use Xd and promote it around as I had started to do but until you have a reliable team and bug tracking behind, this becomes an unreliable tool and dangerous production wise. We've got deadlines and I don't want to risk putting developpers that have to integrate my designs into trouble, nor the communication team that can't really do their work if they don't have something working to show.
