Adobe XD File Not Responding

I am trying to access an adobe XD file that I had saved on my creative cloud. Whenever I click on the file, it loads as normal and comes up simply does not respond to any command I try to do on it. I will not even zoom in on my artboards or allow me to click anything in any of the menus. This only happens with this file and it does not give me any messages, it just simply does not respond. Any other file opens normally and allows me to edit. 

Is there any way to fix this?
