@default0vgm0qvg48yg Try the following:

  • Check to make sure you are connected to the right Adobe account. I have two separete accounts, and I always have this issue

  • Check to make sure you have a stable internet connection. My internet connections is sometimes unstable as I am using a wi-fi connection where the router is opposite corner of my home! Yes, I have extenders and mesh networks, but sometimes the internet provider likes to go down when it pleases

  • How's the file size. If images are used in the Xd file, and it isn't optimized or used full size but is scaled down to smaller sizes...Xd will still retain the file size. XD retains the original, full-size image data even if it's displayed at a smaller size. This can lead to unnecessarily large files, which can slow down uploads, downloads, and sharing. Optimizing those images beforehand is a really important step for keeping your XD files lean and efficient, making the whole design process smoother for everyone involved. It's definitely worth taking the extra time to optimize your images before bringing them into XD – it will make a noticeable difference in the long run.

  • Try saving as a local document and then save to the cloud.

I have had this issue since a Windows 11 OS update, roughly about April of 2024. I have to manually download my files from the Adobe CC, and then open them, and save them locally from that point on. Nothing syncs on the cloud anymore. I can still make share-able links for viewing though.
