Adobe XD for drawing

Can you create drawing apps from Adobe XD, what plugins are needed, and how to design it's interface?

You want to design the UI and clickable Prototype of an app that allows drawing, correct? 

Like Fresco or ProCreate?

IMO, You don't need a Plugin for this………

Adobe XD is designed for just the design and prototyping of an appplication. It does not produce a working application that can be released. You can create the UI design and explore some of the UI interactions, but you are not going to be able to simulate a user drawing something.
