Adobe XD installation failed windows 10 v1709

My windows version is up to date and I'm using the latest creative cloud app but still, I'm not able to install Adobe XD all other apps are working fine. I've literally read and tried all the solutions mentioned in forums still no success. If anyone knows fix please let me know.
