Adobe XD is lagging/crashing constantly

Hi,

After creating a new document or opening a document sent to me from colleagues, basic functions seem to either freeze the program, or lag an excessive ammount of time, eg: 30minutes to create a stext box, after which, trying to insert text will cause it to freeze or lag for the same amount of time.

Basic fucntions such as inserting text, zooming in and out, or selecting elements cause it to stop working.
I have tried un-installing and re-installing and even installing older versions of XD.

My current setup is
OS: Windows 10
XD Version: 41.0.12 (Latest)

Cloud Docs or local Docs?

What happens if you use XD with another User-Account on your PC? same?

Is it maybe the Hardware? (CPU/GPU?)

It happens on both.
And the same when someone else signs in on my computer.
I also assume it's not the hardware because my colleague's computer has the exact same specs as mine (they were purchased at the same time) and his is working perfectly.
