Adobe XD is running slow in XD version(21.2.12.3) on macOS(10.14.5).

I'm facing problems while working on XD lately and it's being so annoying and time consuming.

XD is running too slow and is freezing for several minutes and then suddenly, it applies all commands at a time.

I tried to uninstall and re-install XD, but it's still the same; also I restarted my mac and the problem still the same.

Could anyone help me with this issue please?

My Adobe XD version: 21.2.12.3

My MacBook Pro specs:

MacOS Mojave 10.14.5 (18F132)

MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2016)

Processor: 2.7 GHz Intel Core i7

Memory: 16 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3

Graphics: Radeon Pro 455 2 GB

Intel HD Graphics 530 1536 MB

Thanks!

Sandra

Hi, by chance did you check if there are any graphics driver updates available?

Hi Sandra,

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble using XD and thank you for sharing the specification of your system. In addition to what Italo has said, I'd like to know if you've observed the slowness with a specific file or with all the files?

Thanks,

Harshika

Have you tried updating XD through your desktop Creative Cloud?

To update your video driver...

1) Click your Apple logo at the top of your screen

2) Click software update

3) It will update your Apple software which will update all drivers

Hope this helps.

Thanks a lot for your help and support!

Actually I have no more problems with XD:) it's running smoothly now.

I updated Apple software and I uninstalled and re-installed Adobe XD and it worked:)

Thanks for your follow up!

Sandra
