Have you tried to do a new software installation? You can use the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to uninstall the software and also delete any corrupt files.

Once you try clean installation as suggested by Italo and if you still face the issue, we would request you to please share the XD file and generate Adobe logs and upload them to a shared location such as Creative Cloud or Dropbox and share the URL with me.

Thank you very much for your attention. I updated my XD with the latest update and my problem solved with the new interactions which i made after the update but the older ones are still slow but i think this problem won't occur again with my upcoming projects.
