ADOBE Xd se cierra tratando de abrir archivo .ai

Cada vez que intento abrir un archivo .ai ADOBE Xd se cierra y no se abre el archivo. Me podrían ayudar?

Hi @fannyd44128215, I'm assuming you tried importing the .ai file from the menu File > import right? Thinking what I'd do, I think I'd try an uninstall-reinstalling XD and maybe the Creative Cloud desktop app with the CC cleaner tool and try again, if you haven't tried that also. If that doesn't work update us here, maybe some other expert can suggest something else. Hope this helps!
