Adobe XD Shared Cloud File not getting Saved

Hi, 

I have been having trouble saving Adobe XD files shared with me by another user via the cloud. Most times when I try to save the file over the cloud, the status gets stuck on 'Saving...'

 

There are instances when the file status changes to 'Saved' but not all changes reflect on the cloud file owner's system after accepting remote changes. 

 

Due to this, I have been saving the changed artboards in a local folder and sharing them via google drive

 

Here is some additional information to help diagnose: 

1. I am currently using the Adobe XD Starter Plan on Windows 10 OS

Sorry to hear about the trouble. While co-editing on a document, please ensure that all the collaborators are on the latest version of XD which is 33.1.12.4. Could you please share a few more details like:

 

  1. A screenshot of the About XD info page.
  2. Is it happening while working on a specific file or multiple files?
