2. In which platform - Win/Mac?    Win

3.Is it happening with all the files or specific file?   All files
4.Whats the size of the file?  386KB
5.If possible ,please attach the screen recording, it helps in understanding

 

In attachments you can see the screen about the link we try to open and how we create.

And how it looks like when we try to open the link.

We try the clean the cache of browsers and also try to using different browser types. But it doesn't work.
