Adobe XD Startet in Domänenumgebung nicht

Hallo zusammen,

 

wir haben leider das Problem das Adobe XD in der Domäne  die App zwar startet aber dann mit dem Schriftzug Xd Adobe XD  Stehen bleibt.

 

weder auf dem Proxy noch auf der Firewall sind Anfragen sichtbar.

 

hat jemand einen Tipp was es noch sein könnte, instalation und deinstallation wurden schon mehrfach probiert.

 

müssen noch Ordner speziell berechtigt werden das es unter Domänen User läuft?

We're so sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please confirm the version of XD and OS? If you have Windows OS, please ensure that you have installed the latest version of Windows updates as in some cases it has been observed that by updating the Windows to the latest version such issues gets resolved. If it still doesn't work, please uninstall XD using the Adobe Cleaner Tool  https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html  and once uninstalled, please re- install XD and let us know if that solves the issue or if you need any further assistance.
