Adobe XD stuck at logo page

i have downloaded and installed adobe twice now. it keeps getting stuck on the loading page. Im using windows 10. what can be done please

Hi there, some users with a similar issue reported that when they start Adobe Xd from the Start menu, rather than from the CC app, it starts properly. Have you tried that?
