Adobe xd trouble

I know that xd has been discontinued but I need it for a course I am currently enrolled in and my professor said there shouldn't be any trouble downloading it, but I have been having trouble getting it to download or even show up in my creative cloud! Please help.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

You might need to inform your professor that downloading XD is 'restricted'. You can only get it if your plan has it as part of the package. Even then, you might need to DM support with your account information so they can 'fix' the issue.
