Adobe XD Version 34.1.12.9 - not able to create or update prototype link

Hi,

 

I am not able to generate or update the prototype sharing link. it was working previeously and suddenly stopped working. 

Any solution?

does this problem occur with all files? Have you tried updating Adobe XD?

Thank you for reaching out. In addition to what our expert has asked, please share the screenshot of the About XD info page from the Menu. Please try copy-pasting the prototype into a new file and then try creating a new link.

Hi,

have you also tried to do a new installation of Adobe XD? Try using the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool to uninstall the software.
