ADOBE XD White screen after updating(XD version-21.0.12.11)

New Here ,
Jul 21, 2019 Jul 21, 2019

Anytime I launched the adobe xd using the creative cloud or directly by using the adobe xd launch icon, it keeps showing a white screen before shutting down.

I noticed this after I updated it two days ago.

I use windows 10 1903.

This does not happen with other adobe products though

I don't know if anyone has experienced it and how they resolved it.

Have you  uninstalled/re-installed it? Do you have an Xd update pending? What version of Xd do you have installed?

The current update one I have is 21.0.12.11 version.

I have done what is contained here Adobe XD launches into a white screen on Windows and I was able to completely remove the latest one then install my older version. But sadly, my older version does not have the auto animate feature. So Maybe anyone can point me to a more stable version to go back to aside this latest update.

And the older version I can fall back to is Adobe.CC.XD_13.1.32.8 which way too behind to fall back to.

I see you've already tried the solutions on Adobe's own solutions page.

Have you tried reinstalling the current version. Then closing the computer and restarting it?
For some reason that's all I have to do. The above solutions in your link didn't work for me either.

For every update restarting needed and that help to solve that. As this problem ties with registration keys I encourage to use Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems and reinstall Adobe Xd.
