Hi there,
I have just downloaded the latest version of Adobe XD and it will not run on my desktop PC.
I'm running Windows 10 (64bit) Version 1809 (build 17763.134)
PC spec: Intel Xeon E3-1231 v3, 32GB RAM, nVidia Quadro K620.
The program loads up the splash screen, but then it crashes straight away.
Very frustrating as have a deadline that I will now likely miss because of this. Why are Adobe programs always so buggy??
Can anyone help me please?

I have a log file, but I have no idea what to do with it?
Have tried running windows update, uninstalling and reinstalling - nothing is working, same result. Starts to load, then crashes straight away

I have just been advised by Adobe Tech support that there are many people with this issue and its a real issues. Is anyone else having this problem?
An official tech support guy took control of my PC, uninstalled and reinstalled the program, along with making a whole load of changes to my machine. Now hardly anything works on my PC. All of the CAD software that had installed on my machine seems to now be effected, along with a load of other Adobe products that were working.
Not great. Thanks Adobe!! : (

Michael I apologize for the inconvenience however this is a known issue an is occuring with multiple machines. The resolution for it as of now is to reset Windows operating system.

OK, how long do you think that will take, as I really need to get the program up and running. Otherwise I will have to ditch XD and go back to working with Sketch instead....my company has had a lot of problems with XD and we have over 50 licenses

Hi there, sorry for the delay in response and thanks for waiting patiently with this. I would request you to try the steps mentioned on this link: - Adobe XD shows white screen after launch and crashes on Windows and update this discussion with the results.
