Adobe XD won't even start installing

Hi, i had adobe XD installed and running and all of a sudden it stopped working, it said: "You should reinstall your adobe XD" So I deleted it.

First i couldn't start install from downloaded XD_Set-up.exe so I downloaded it again but no luck there either.

Basically when i double click on set up exe, and click on run, it shows on my mouse cursor that is "working" then stops and nothing happen.. ever. Couldn't do it even when i run it as a administrator...Help please! Thanks

Hi Borisl,

Sorry that you are unable to install Adobe XD, could you please try to run the setup file as an administrator? I would also like to know if you have installed Adobe Creative Cloud?

Thanks,

Atul_Saini

Hi, I am facing the same issue. I tried installing ADOBE XD and nothing happens on clicking the exe file. I've tried restarting my PC, tried to run as administrator, also tried installing creative cloud. Even the creative cloud exe file doesn't open. No error window pops up. basically nothing happens at all. Please help!
