@Ruby38892871oaul this web link seems to work: https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop/pdp/xd . I may say Maintenance mode. Do wait for 24 hours to show up in the dashboard of Creative Cloud. It's kinda weird, but it works!
