Can you please provide us with the following information?
- Press Windows + R
- Type dxdiag
Click Save All information and share the file with us
Also, please send us the log information through the log collector tool. Log Collector Tool
Upload these files to a shared location, and share the zip file with me. To send a private message, click my picture and use the Message button.
