After updating Adobe XD files are missing & on some files getting 'Sorry, this file cannot be open

Today, after an update to my AdobeXD, my current project files were missing. I am unable to retrieve them and I have to submit my project by this weekend. So please help me in this, as even there are few files which I am trying to open but a message pops that 'Sorry, this file cannot be opened'. 

 

I am waiting for your response.

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please confirm if it was a cloud file or a local file? If it was a cloud file, please check if you are able to retrieve the file from here: https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents

 

If it was a local file, please share the version of the Operating System.

Today, Suddenly, all my organization's users' adobe accounts were logged out, and the company files were missing from our entire user's account. Please fix this issue and help recover the files back to all user's accounts.
We don't have any single files saved on a local machine, and everything is devoted to adobe cloud only. 
We are waiting for your valuable support and response.
