All of my files are gone from Adobe XD

I haven't used the Adobe XD (starter plan) for a couple of days, and today I signed up to my account and I didn't have any files that I have saved to the cloud. I tried already login-logoff-closing the computer-try everything from the beginning-changed my e-mail address-refreshed my password... none of these are working. What should I do?

try to go to assets.adobe.com, sign in with Adobe ID, and check if there are your files.
