Hi! My audio playbacks aren't working in my prototype. I get the "There was a problem with the playback action" message, but I don't really know what the issue is. There are some sounds that are still working, but almost all of them just stopped working a couple of hours ago. I can still import new ones, and they seem to be working, but that means that I would have to import all the soundfiles again and place them into the protype all over again, which would also be at the risk of this simply happening again when I'm done.
Is there something I've done wrong or have simply overlooked?
Thanks for reaching out. I tried audio playback with some audio files and its working fine in my machine. I did on a Windows 10 machine and on the latest version of XD which is 28.9.12.2. Could you please confirm the OS version and the XD version you are using and also is it possible for you to share the file and video so that we can understand your Issue clearly and test it on our end?

Is it happening with every file?
Since when you started facing this issue?
Is the Issue is with specific audio files or all ,since you have mentioned you can Import and use new audio files?

I'm having similar issues like the recent posts. I've had a prototype up and running for a couple of months that has a couple of mp3 files. Now suddenly when using the shared link some of these files don't work at all when entering the artboards and we have not done any changes. When we're in adobe XD and "play" the artboard that has an mp3 file the sound works, but when "playing" the prototype from the homepage and navigating to an artboard with the sound it does not work at all. Just updated my Mac to the latest version 11.6 and Adobe XD is updated. Please help me!
Sorry to hear about the trouble. Will it be possible for you to share the file with us? If yes, please add the file to a shared location and share the file and the published link with us through DM by clicking on my name. We'll also need the version of XD.
This issue has occurred for me as well. All of the audio files in the XD file's asset library are no longer displaying their titles or information. It seems as though the interactions in the protype are calling the audio files but can't find them resulting in the bottom pop up message. Luckily an older version of the file accessed through the version history still had the audio file information intact. Rolling back to that older version fixed the issue. Unfortunately, the shared file our team was working from is now useless.
