Artboard files and pages getting deleted

Hello Team,

We have purchased the license to use your Xd platform but sometimes our artboard files are getting deleted and we are not being able to find any of our saved pages. And sometimes we have also face another bug is avatar images automatically deleted. We have very frustrated.

In addition to what Atul said, I have not come across this issue previously. Can you provide us with more information on how you are saving your files - are you saving them to a remote network location, or are you saving them to a local hard drive?
