Does anyone else find it infuriating that assets that are pasted into XD from illustrator are now grouped in several folders and include masks when there were none before.

ADOBE PLEASE FIX THIS.

When editing the items the mask often interferes and the number of folders that are now included is ridiculous - it was fine before so what have you done, please revert!

Thank you for sharing the additional info, @oweno17928353. It appears to be a known issue with Illustrator, and I found a similar post here wherein the team has logged a bug.

The workaround suggested: You may Downgrade Illustrator to  Ai v26.0.3 version, which might help you.

Hope it helps.

Thank you, @Ares Hovhannesyan, for your attention to this post. We really appreciate your response.

Thanks,

Harshika

Apologize for the delay in response. We will look into the issue and escalate the issue to the team for making improvements.
Could you please share the version of XD and the operating system you're working on?

We will try our best to help.
