Desintalé e instalé innumerables veces la app pero siempre que la abro me aparece el mismo error, no me deja utilizarla y no encuentro solución. El resto de las aplicaciónes de mi pack se instalan y funcionan perfectamente.

Could you please try creating a new user profile(https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/create-a-local-user-or-administrator-account-in-windows-...) and check if you are able to launch the app there? If it still doesn't work, please share the logs asked in this discussion: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-xd/error-5719-while-opening-adobe-xd/m-p/11416075?page=1#M36298
