Been experiencing a problem where I cannot close my document, undo in my document or save my document. When trying to save a local copy this happened. I have to force close the application in order to be able to regain undo and save.

Hi there,

Sorry to hear you are having trouble using XD. Would you mind trying to sign out of XD, Creative Cloud, restart the machine and then sign back in? Does that happen with every file or with a specific file?

We will try our best to help.

Thanks,

Harshika

I've not see that error before. Do you have any plugins installed? If so, try removing them to see if the error goes aways.
