Black screen while using Adobe XD desktop preview

It happend that i'm working on a project and in that project ,when i open the desktop preview mode in prototype,some of my screen are coming black and some looks correct.

Hi Rajlaxmi,

I am sorry to hear you are getting black screen in preview window. As Ares asked, I would like to know few more details like-

Are you using an Extended monitor/dual monitor?
Could you please check if your graphic card driver is up to date? Please visit the manufacturer's site to check for updates.
