Bug: [Windows] Assets panel > Layer Hide icon disappearing on hover

After an update today, I am experiencing this issue on Windows 10. I see it listed a few times in the bug report list (no longer active) and each time, the team's reply was that they could not reproduce the bug. After multiple reports of the same bug, I think that's a little weird to not try to hunt down the cause. I am unable to access the show/hide icon unless I resize the panel each time which is pretty frustrating.

I tested this on Windows 10 with XD v24.0.22.19 and it works fine. Let know the resolution of your system your working and also the version of windows 10. i.e. 1709, 1903
