Can I Prototype a Responsive design with breakpoints in XD?

How do you create 1 prototype with multiple manual breakpoints? I can create multiple canvases at different widths but how do I share that as 1 responsive prototype?

I mean that because responsive resize doesn't work for all elements I need to make tweaks to elements within the design at different breakpoints. I think I have to do this over multiple canvases rather than on just one?
