Can't create share links

Hello

Suddenly, I can't create any share links from XD. It keeps reporting" you re disconnected. Check your internet connection and try again". 

I tried to connect to other internet networks and I get the same message. I also tried with the internet on the phone.
I can upload to the cloud, I can send editing invitations to other people, but I can't generate a link because of this. I also did an internet speed test. I want to mention that the message appears after a percentage of 50% is loaded.

How can it be solved?

Hey there! Have you tried logging out of Creative Cloud and logging back in?

How long has this been happening for? There have been similar issues reported in the past, but it's usually temporary and resolves by itself after some time.

Hello!

Yes. I have tried logging out of creative cloud and logging back in several times.
I think 2 weeks is this problem.
I was thinking of reinstalling it, but I saw that the app is no longer on the Adobe site, or at least it doesn't show up for me.

I'm still waiting. maybe yes, it is something temporary and it will be resolved.
