Can't download Adobe XD. - Windows 10

Hello,

I have been trying to download Adobe XD but when I click the link from the website my CC does start up but then nothing happens. I cant find Adobe XD in the list in CC either. Am I doing something wrong? Im on a windows 10 machine.

Can you check to see what version of Windows 10 you have? You'll need to be up to the Windows 10 Anniversary Edition (I believe at least build 10.14393) in order to install. The behavior you're seeing generally happens when you don't have the right version of the operating system. Let us know how it goes!

Ah I guess that is the problem... Do you have any idea when XD will be available for other win 10 versions?

Hi @jobv4232291 -

We're not planning to support older versions of Windows 10, as we rely on features in the latest version of the OS to provide the best experience for our users. I'd suggest you upgrade to the Anniversary Edition in order to use XD!
