Can't find link to share file do co-workers

When i want to share my file with my frinds i go to the button up on the right but the only thing i can do is share my file by email. The link is missing and the options about how my co-workers work on my document are also missing.

Below you can find a printscreen of the menu i am talking about.

Is this related to the fact i am using ADOBE XD in the first 7 days of my signature?
