Can't open Adobe XD files after windows update

Hi, after a recent update to Windows 10, I can't seem to open any XD files. They start to open, pause for 10 seconds or so with a blank screen and then the app simply closes. I can open the app itself though, just not any files. The files worked before the windows update. I have tried updating XD, uninstalling and reinstalling and have looked, but not found any answers online.

Any help much appreciated.

Hi, do you get any error messages while opening the file? Have you tried uninstalling Adobe XD via Creative Cloud Cleaner tool?

Hi, thanks for the response. No error messages, it simply closes. I wasn't aware of that tool no.

Hi, try using the suggested tool to uninstall the software and see if the problem persists once Adobe XD is installed again.

Hey, I tried that but it didn't work. Eventually I ended up reinstalling windows as I noticed a few other app playing up and that seemed to do the trick. Thanks for you help though.
