Can't open Adobe XD

I have been unable to open Adobe for three days now. It always just shows the starting screen. Other employees have the same problem as mine.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

@DreamInMotion1 Have you tried logging out and back in your Creative Cloud account(s)? You mentioned other employees, if the problem is within the same network, perhaps something is blocking Xd's access to Adobe servers at the network level.
