Can't open projects saved on the Cloud Documents in Adobe XD

Hey,

I'm trying to open a project saved on the Cloud Documents but an keeps poping-up with the following message "getSharedResourcesFilePath(): Could not load component: Code: 52".

I tried to see if there's any solution but the only thing that I saw was this. I've followed the steps that Nina Ramos suggested but the problem still remains...

Can anyone help me? Thank you!

For us to troubleshoot further, can you send us the log files using the information provided in this link? How to use the Creative Cloud Log Collector tool

Hello Preran,

Unfortunately everytime that I try to contact the Tech Support through the Contact Customer Care as you mentioned, the chat is always closed. How can I send the log file?

You can send me the log file over a private message. Upload the log file to a shared location such as Creative Cloud, and share the link with me. To send a private message, click my picture and use the Message button.

Also send me your Adobe ID, location, and phone number along with the URL of this post. I will check with tech support to get in touch with you for investigation.
