Can't run Adobe XD on Windows

no matter what i do or try, I can open Adobe XD app on windows. 

Uninstall it and installed it 10 times. Cleared all temp files. Deleted "Adobe XD" file from "common Files-Adobe". Signed out, signed in to my adobe account 15 times. nothing works. 

 

all i get is this message

Sorry to hear about the trouble. Could you please confirm if you changed the install location? Also, are you installing XD on an Enterprise network? If you have an enterprise subscription, please log a support case with the Engineering team https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/support-and-expert-services.html

hi, 

 

1. i dont have enterprise subscription

2. i didnt change install location (i tried installing other apps from Adobe CC and it all works fine - i can easly install and uninstall them). only with XD i run into this problem. tried every possible solution, and it still can be installed.
