Can't share - Having "Unknown Error; Try again later" message

New Here ,

I can't share the prototype today - it was working fine last week and now my clients are getting the "Unknown Error; please try again later" error. Very frustrating! Have tried multiple browsers and checked for WebGL. Any ideas?

Hi rennsau,

Is this happening with all your projects or just some? Did you try republishing to see if it works? Also, are you on the latest XD version?

Can you try the solutions in this article Shared web prototype does not appear and let me know if they helped?

Thanks,

Preran

Thanks for the response, Preran. Yes, I'm running the latest version of XD. I've republished (twice) and it shows up fine in my online dashboard. However, when I share the link, both in-house staff and external clients receive the same error message, although the "Your link was shared successfully" dialogue does come up. I've removed contacts and then re-shared, too, but that doesn't work either. It was working fine last week.

Thanks,

Sabrina

Oh, and our setup here includes all three browsers that are up to date. I've tried all of them.
