Cannot open a shared project

Hello there, I cannot open one of the projects that was shared with me in XD. It says that "This was saved with a newer version of Adobe XD. Please update Adobe XD to open it."even though I have the latest version (30.1.12).

Can someone help?

Thanks for reaching out. The latest version for Adobe XD is 30.2.12.3, so please try updating the app and check again.
