Cannot Run Alternative on Mobile Device Because Keyboard NOT Support

We need to demo on mobile device, but the keyboard is not supported for both android and IOS because we need to demo for the alternative. Is there a way to solve it?

We use the key and gamepad trigger our alternative way, when we use mobile device to demo it, the keyboard on mobile device is not supported.

assume i do not know what adobe service or app you're using.  and once i know that, i may not understand how that service or app is related to your question.

with that in mind, what adobe service/app are you using and how is that app or service related to your question?
