Cant update library

CC: 4.3.71.1

Very urgent. I have a huge delivery dependent on this component library. 

I need help!

I have restarted XD,

I have treid multiple times: ctl + Alt + T to close all adobe processes

I have reinstalled Adobe CC

I have restarted

I also tried duplicating the file and it also has the same problem.

Sorry you are seeing this! 
Could you please collect logs via Adobe Log Collector (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html)
And post the Logs ID here.
Also, please share the document if that is possible, so we can take a look. Sending you DM.

Anybody have at least a workaround or strategy with least amount of effort to recreate my 50+ screens and 50+ components? Its not like XD has a relink component feature right? I cant even copy the components to a new file and relink the components. Were are forced to used cloud based documents yet when they fail we are helpless.
