Hi, I would like to confirm if it’s possible to change the email address currently associated with my Adobe XD subscription to a new email. I still have an active subscription and would like to ensure that all my files, licenses, and settings are carried over to the new email without any issues.

Hey there! The email is associated with your Adobe account, rather than Xd subscription specifically, as you can have different subscriptions under the same Adobe account. Changing your email does not change anything else about your Adobe account, so it shouldn't cause any issues. You might have to log out and back in after the change on the devices you're signed in on.
