Hi Ares_Hovhannesyan,
When deleting the smaller circle master component from the Assets menu and then when removing the smaller circle (that is not a component anymore) from the other master component, this master component in the Assets menu will still contain the deleted component, but it shouldn't.

You are creating complex new component from 2 seperate Component. Thats why the origan component stay as component.
This is a normal wrkflow.
1. Create rectangle
2. Create circle
3. Group them and create a new component
4.Delete circle
5 Only rectangle will stay as component.
Pleas ereview https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/help/components.html. If you find that this s a bug please report here for investigation. https://adobexd.uservoice.com

I'm having the same issue, and it is making XD unusable.
Nested symbols/components are industry standard practice & need to be reliable.
