Cloud documents shows as "Disconnected" in XD

My documents are disconnected while the internet still working.

How can I solve this problem?

Hello,

Thank you for reporting the issue. It seems syncing issue. 

Try the below workaround to resolve the issue

-Did you tried closing and reopening the file

Quit CCD > Go to Activity Monitor > Force Quit Adobe Desktop Services > Force Quit Core Sync > Relaunch CCD for file syncing

 

If issue continues please let us know.

Thank you for your reply but it still doesn't work.
Now I have to copy the artwork in a problem document to a new document
instead.
