Cloud Files vanished after updating to enterprise account

I get Adobe products through my school and they recently updated to an enterprise account. After updating, I lost all my cloud documents. Please help, I was working on a really big project in Adobe XD and now its nowhere to be found. I checked all the creative cloud files on my computer, there is absolutely nothing.

Thankyou for reaching out. It looks like you are unable to access any of the cloud documents after updating to Enterprise account. It might be because of the organization has put restriction on cloud files. Could you please share the Adobe ID with me over a private message so that I can get your account checked by the enterprise team?
