We've been having a lot of issues in my team lately with collaboration due to files not syncing properly to the cloud. One of the things is not being able to share file - we are getting an error saying the storage is full, even though it's not (less than 1% of 1TB used). Other times, when we invite another team member into the file, they are not able to access becuase of not having the right permissions, but there is no option for different permissions during sending the invite. What can we do to fix this?
